People are selling based on recent information. We called URBF's CEO to find out what's going on with the ticker. It turns out that it is currently in talks with lawyers. The ticker was not part of the APA to begin with.
It is not necessarily bad news. Bevo Argo will eventually end up owning the ticker...It's just in talks.
People are selling because they want to jump into other tickers that are making money. Baltia for one.
But people plan to come back to this one later.
