Here's how I look at it. They have spent around $78,000,000.00 so far to get what they have. They will never fix the machine. They will never run the machine again. They will never ever sell another drop of fuel. They will never. ever, ever sell a machine. So, so far it cost them $78 million to produce around 600,000 gallons of fuel.
$78MIL / 600K = $130K
So it cost them $130.00 per gallon to produce fuel which is selling for $2.29 per gallon at the pumps now.
*This is assuming that they sold all 600,000 gallons out of 600,000 gallons produced. This does not count for what they spilled all over the place at P2O*
