What happens to Mr. Dmitrowsky shares is a very good question for the shareholders meeting. I would like to see the shares transferred to BLTA Treasury. After the 6 month restriction of revenue generation, they could then be used to buy back some Series C Preferred Stock Funding.
Win, win for everybody. What a fitting tribute to Mr. Dmitrowsky's tenacity. Considering Igor's lifelong dedication to getting Baltia off the ground, he would have it no other way.
