what a load of crap PP
MC was anything but *ideal* because the financing would fall on the provider
a very significant expense outlay .. with a significant delay b4 reimbursement
which is why this actual P2O investor made the phone calls and noted this
less than ideal sale ..
always telling who actually understands *sales* .. you source the buyers
who've sourced the funds/finances
and then you handle those investors conditions ..
