Bigger than the lawsuits are the ongoing bundling, and up coming intel/acs/sfor/TPG company. The moment this is announced and the stock price goes crazy. The fact that they can't discuss it speaks volumes. The settlements will be icing. One big judgement and we will have precedence and all infringers after that will want to settle for big money.

Also, I might be wrong, but the chart has already signaled an uptrend.
