Dilution - Sheepwolf - in the case of ORRV, mynubderstanding is that the 500 million new sharew are restricted for at least a year - so wouldn't this reatriction cause the new shares not to effect the current today share price? only directly effect share price when those restricted shares are released by the transfer agent to be traded after the restriction is lifted? I am just learning about this type of dilution.
