Forget everything you threw up on the wall to see if anything stuck.
Instead, again, look at the cost benefit to this country, the loss of American lives, the cost of long term care of American veterans who survived wounds that would have killed many of them in previous wars. Now throw in the increase of Iranian influence in Iraq and in the region.
Add to all of that the fact that the war was 'off the books' and the cost of THAT to all of us, to the American economy and foregone infrastructure spending.
Yeah, f'n stupid doesn't begin to do justice to the whole misbegotten enterprise.
Biggest American foreign policy disaster since the Vietnam War. Period.
The lack of foresight was stunning notwithstanding your claims about second guessing.
