According to the Cummins website, the QST30 engine is manufactured at the Cummins Komatsu Engine Co. in Seymour, Indiana.

It is reasonable and logical to me that SS would locate their Solar/Hydrogen powered commercial facility in NJ near the plant site where George's says he will manufacture the 1 MW CSRV gen sets.
From what I have read, construction of the grass roots SS facility will probably be completed before George has the 1 MW gen set(s) ready. Lets hope this is a growing relationship.
