DECN- How is JNJ going to get a good price for their Diabetes unit with DECN there with much less expensive alternatives to all of their main money makers? JNJ already settled the first dispute with cash and licenses so there is no chance of legal obstructions. Doesn't make much sense for JNJ not to try to buy DECN because they will make up the cost with the increased value of their Diabetes unit. I don't know how much resistance DECN would put up but if I were in JNJ shoes or a would be buyer of the Diabetes unit I would be very concerned about my future profitability and margins with DECN out there.
