They have to file an 8K if he is removed from his position. Or even if his duties are taken away and he remains employed.
They only have 4 business days to file it.
I think it is just poorly worded on the Avant site.
Right now, the board is 4 old timers and 4 new members. So I would be surprised if he is removed before the finalization of the SeD deal.
