The common stock dilution was not positive news, and that's what is moving the pps right now. I think management would have done better by holding off on the stock dilution, to coincide with a positive announcement about contract signing/ production run, etc. There has been 150m added shares of common stock, but this is immediately offset by a 35% and counting loss of market cap in the last week.
