I believe the reason for the increase in the share count was to use the stock for acquisitions and or mergers that have already been lined up. When the news finally breaks the stock will go absolutely crazy upward. That odd feeling in your chest will disappear and smiles will be seen on all the shareholders faces. Prepare to jump for joy.
