You are right about PGUS price per acre..I had 500 stuck in my head for some reason. So 16x the PGUS price.
ProGreen paid $500K / 5000 acres = $100/acre.
Sorry, not for sale...lol.
My single biggest concern about the resort property is security. Literally in the middle of nowhere, it will stick out like a sore thumb to any organization that will try to force Jan to pay protection money.
I'd like to hear Mr. Espinoza's take on security concerns in that area.
