I bet people will be willing to pay hundreds of times what Jan has paid for this land.
One of the biggest keys to this is the strategic relationship that they have built over the past year. As has been clearly stated.....
This will be huge resort style development, cant wait to see what the lots sell for thinking that will open many eyes here to see that this land will be well worth over 750 million dollars easily.....
