Well, check to be certain, but I believe the shares returned were their personal shares. Replaced with an incentive program. That's like emptying many thousands out of your bank acct to show you aren't doing something to jack up your personal earnings.

Make no mistake about it, they aren't doing the adjustment for that purpose, but instead for the purpose of growing the company through mergers/acquisitions and that will accelerate the growth of the company and therefore our return on investment as well.
