Only if they want FDA approval as a drug. As of now OWCP doesn't need FDA approval, at least for the cream. It gets approved on a state by state basis. That's the purpose of Medmar and Emilia. They can get the licenses per state then setup manufacture and distribution in that state. We think Medmar already has a facility in PA. If so it would fit in perfect with PA's timeline for implementation of MMJ.
If they use the Phase I for a springboard for multiple myeloma, that will need complete phase trials in the US.
