That's what I come up with also.  The Callahan County Regular Brown Unit RRC ID 27237 produced 165 barrels last month and 0 this month.  What's up with that???  Looks like we're heading lower again.  I guess it could be that "It's always darkest before the dawn.".  I sure hope so.
