Notice the statement that: "Mako accurately noted that the company falsely told investors that it's chief scientific officer earned a PhD from Harvard." Did CTIX do this or was it the result of a magazine article that Dr. Menon had been interviewed for, in which he stated that he had worked at Harvard (Dana Farber), and the interviewer then intuited (and printed) that he had graduated from Harvard? I seem to remember that from the law suit?
