Here is the problem with making predictions in a public forum as they all come back to get reanalyzed. (as you have explained to me). Sometimes the market doesn't agree with you.
We are still at .025 and we closed on the oceanfront property. Your valuation is 700% higher . So were you overly optimistic in your projections and multiples?
I think a lot of potential investors are waiting for actual crop revenues and not only sale of lots but real building on those lots. A flip fest of lots is not in shareholders best interests because it eliminates a buyer of new lot versus the sale of an existing lot of which PGUS will not receive any compensation from.
