Oh wait, hmmmmm, I'm not at all certain there will be any more filings.
I've seen this before with companies that are highly suspect in terms of whether they function with any purpose other than selling shares for income.
With PTO, since those 125,000,000 4 penny shares that we're all so envious of can't run through the wash, rinse repeat cycle any longer, operations are reduced to just monthly principal and interest payments on debt to related parties.
