OWCP doesn't need FDA approval to sell in the US since it is on a state by state basis. It gives more credibility to the cream and keeps in line with what real pharmas do.

Nice thing with the trials in Israel is the results can be submitted to the FDA since the FDA also uses IRB which is a standard approval method worldwide.
