$ROX breached the SEC $75,000,000 public float in 2014 making them an accelerated filer. If we assume that (ROX) public float avg is approx $1.00 which may be higher and insiders own approx 57 mil shares with the O/S at approx $160 mil shares there is only about 28 mil out there imo. Just a thought and imo.

Insiders haven't sold any, just bought.
