Matachewan Consolidated Mines owns 20 mining claims just south of GLLK. Alamos Gold mines these 20 claims from which Matachewan Conslidated receives a royalty. Matachewan also pays a dividend.
Lexam VG owns 3 mines to the northwest of GLLK in the Timmins area.Lexam purchased additional properties in the area and were just purchased by McEwen Mining.
Hislop Gold Co. purchased mining property from Stroud Rescources in June, 2016. They are north of GLLK. The purchase was for $1.5 mil. including debt. Stroud Rescources receives a net smelter royalty, which Hislop Gold can buy out for an additional $1mil.
