IF prurisol 2B is superior to otezla, BOM performs similar to the Sonis mouse model and BUP provides another round of consistency from Cohort C,
then
I believe there will be a bidding war, auction type for both prurisol and brilacidin as a one package deal. Hence, if excellent BUP and BOM results, then it makes sense for ctix to wait on prurisol 2B results before finalizing a deal.
However, if they can achieve 40-50% profit sharing for a prurisol deal
and the same 40-50% profit sharing for a brilacidin deal, then both drugs
may be seperate deals with different BP.
