yes, I would like to discuss strategic direction - and yes - I have been in the field for many years.. and had lots of use of this - short term is 1-10 years, as the basis for longer term strategic planning 11-20 years. But it looks like the poster I commented to has chosen to leave, yes a lot can happen in this time frame, but if we review 1yr or 2; that is not strategic. GLA IMhO
