They are trying to conflate the old PolyMedix drug trial, which gave enormous doses multiple times a week, with the current CTIX drug trials. It was Dr. Menon's brilliance in reducing dose size that has made Brilacidin effective and, at least thus far, much safer than drugs like fluroquinolones that can have serious, irreversible side effects.

I remind people again: do not let your doctor give you fluoroquinolones for anything but life-threatening infections. Here's a list:

When people like Feuerstein claim that transient and mild tingling and very brief rises in blood pressure experienced by a few people in the Brilacidin trial will be enough to prevent Brilacidin's approval -- look at the side effects of approved antibiotics. Many approved antibiotics have very severe side effects yet they are approved. Brilacidin's possible mild and quickly reversed side effects are much less that those of the Quinolones.
