If he's so in favor of it he could and should reschedule it to Schedule III or take it off completely and regulate it like alcohol and tobacco. The fact that he appointed that dinosaur as his AG is alarming at the very least. Only time will tell how Trump will handle the issue but so far it's been very disconcerting.
