Union posting. What they don't understand is they now have to have student numbers support the teachers pension fund. That funding is touch and go yearly.
Once Vouchers start small public schools will start dropping like flys if they have not been fiscally responsible.
At present in most States without raising taxes the retirement fund is underfunded by 33-50%. That means as teachers retire you have to either raise taxes or cut 1/3-1/2 positions per retiring teacher.
