from what we gathered...oorv was created entity to solely merge with mccu, with this completion, orrv will then merge with oorv hence merging with mccu in process. This process helps to protect mccu from any encumberances, issues, debts from old orrv entity...all in all, this is said and done, orrv is now merged with mccu..should be all good for everyone, little more complicated then most but then nobody said this was going to be easy process
