Just to pile on a little further, I'm actually glad the company has not PR'd about the court activity this week and think it makes more sense to comment about it in the Annual Report to the extent they can and want to. You're right in that I have never written an Annual Report, so I don't know what the rules/guidelines are in that regard.

None of us were likely in the court room to get the context of what was said and presented, so trying to make sense out of the the few sentences the judge offers in his ruling isn't easy - at least for me anyway. So if it helps you to throw shade at me, so be it. I'm just trying to assess what is really going on and what the ramifications are for the company and my investment in the company.
