Great to hear from the company today confirming the restructuring of the Series A Preferred Stock voting and conversion rights, and the NO intention to convert to common.
I suspected that the recent drop from near .11 to .09 was speculation on dilution, and with that clarified as NOT the case, I added more at .089 thinking we will at lease bounce back to near .11 again, but with such low volume today, and its St Pat's Day, and the PR came out near noon, word is not widely known yet? We'll see next week as I think .09 is a steal and we will head back to near .11 soon, IMO.
