It's very much about not diluting the stock for Mr. Telander... for the first time, had an opportunity to speak with our honorable CEO for just over a half hour yesterday and I'm quite pleased with his intent, motivation, ambition and forward thinking for both the company/business and the security/stock.

Makes me trust in the human spirit again... believe in my investment of something very real, true and very big... and that indeed Mr. Telander's venerable reputation accurately precedes him.
