Fins simply refers to financials. The ones in question being the quarterly reports, or the 10-q's/10-k's to be more specific.
A company is required (unless the file otherwise and deregister) to put up a quarterly review every three months dictating all financial, legal, and other progressions a company has made within the previous fiscal quarter (as determined by the company. Different companies have different starts to their fiscal years).
The fins in question for us will be post-PixelMags merger and will show the audited revenues for PixelMags helping us to gauge a more accurate price.
We'll also benefit from the removal of the OTC stop sign when the do finally post the fins.
Best wishes.
