jj...100% correct. I've watched VNDM for 2 years and they've been on our ASK for the last 2 weeks.
When they are alone on the ASK, they'll offer 100 (ex) and sell 1,000's. I've seen it on other tickers as well.
They have capped us all morning while they sit at 1.35 area. They are known Dilutors. They have also at times been on the BID and not too far off the ASK.
Don't like seeing them here.
