Haytore is right, RMH China was formed as a non-affiliated company to jump start the process. With all the ducks in a row, they just merge it into Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. and all revenues are now in one bag so to speak. It'll greatly boost the value of the company and of course the share price. Again, a clean uplist is entirely possible, and I believe it's quite LIKELY.
