I may have read the LOI termination period wrong; I was expecting someone to post with the correction.
The Standstill period for the LOI includes Feb 1, 2018, which is the day planned for the last Asset investment into Amarantus. The LOI can be terminated for certain reasons providing each party gives the other 14 business days.
