We knew that an AS increase would be needed and some shares to work w/going forward.

We knew that Preferreds could have possibly been used to take control or sink SH & QMC

Considering the previous RS/Preferred/AS to 601M, the current proxy is a much better choice, imo.

I do believe in being objective; but don't care for bickering or stirring the pot for trading purposes.
PMs here are good for that discussion.

I passed along concerns from a SH's perspective and asked that things be considered from that pov.
That msg was received.

Concerns were addressed from the last proxy; I Believe there will be an update.



I have noted that all that I've talked to that have visited were much more positive than most sh afterwards, (even some that were a bit skeptical before visiting).
