March 17, 2017 - I'm projecting a news release tomorrow from OWCP, based on the simple observation that news releases from OWCP were issued on Jan 17, 2017 & Feb 17, 2017 - and tomorrow is March 17, 2017? I know it's downright Sherlockian, but no guts, no Glory!
