I believe it was company insiders who sold - not bought. In the filings, there are details of the quotas they are entitled to sell each quarter.

There had for days been a 40M>28M that kept getting added to the ask at .0004 - dropped to undercut ask at .0003 when the .0004s weren't hit. Today, they left it off the undercut ask at .0003 and waited for the bid to grow at .0003 and then sold into it.

I don''t know why they didn't wait for the price to be higher but that's OK for retail as it is thinner to the upside once gone. Happens all the time - if you follow for months you will understand the pattern here.
