I too had anticipated some breakout news to coincide with this event for various reasons, but alas, no such luck....perhaps the event in May[?]. But as far as "responsible to shareholder's" goes, I've noted that stocks that are 'not' responsible, generally don't go thru the hassle & expense of remaining fully compliant & current in their filings , or make an frugal effort to stay out of the 'billions' of shares over an 8yr period in the pinks , or allow tours of their facilities , or hold shareholders meetings so these & other questions can be asked face-to-face.
Just sayin'...credit where credit is due.
