I'm reading the summary judgement the SEC presented and am laughing so hard at the testimonial statements of some of he alleged vicitms.
Any fool who is acosted by someone promising you $ 1,000,000 in 1 year for an investment amount of $ 125,000 in the pinkies or the OTC deserves what they get.
Either that or they are lying. Of course Clown Liar TD believes anything to be Gospel if it is in the SEC complaint with the Fab 4 as the defendents.
Does matter either way anyway. Treaty settled with the SEC without admitting or denying guilt and can now move on.
