Only MM's can legally short OTC stocks. They can and probably are naked shorting us, no way to know but the only way to raise the pps is for retail buying to commence in earnest. That would force them to cover. Buyers will show up... I guarantee it! Heck, I even bought some today at $1.18. Couldn't resist.
