I do believe the psoriasis cream alone should put us in the $13 range. I'd imagine a buyer would want the psoriasis cream and all the other IP is a bonus. Whether management would take that sort of buyout is an unknown.
I mean, they could be offered $13 for their own shares, be given contracts at the acquiring company for $$$ and stock options, unlimited funding for R&D and future trials, world class IP team, etc. etc.
An acquirer could make it very attractive to management to accept a buyout at ~ $13.
Like I've said before though, I'm holding until 2018 to minimize my capital gains.
