THE CEO is from Italy (henceforth the CarSmartt Italian launch) and was unfamiliar with the American stock market and the OTC. No doubt they where not efficient in getting this all together but it does seem to be getting done and the float on $SRSP is really tiny. Considering the share price this has the potential of kicking out a really nice multi-bag return for those who have been patient.
