One of the fastest ways to grow a company is to acquire another company that brings something useful into the circle.
It may or may not fit directly into the acquiring company, but if it's a great prospect, and especially if it already has a healthy earnings, it will bring value to the acquiring company and immediate value to shareholders.
They plan to make Rocky Mountain High Brands China, Inc., which is obviously a perfect fit, the first or one of the first acquisitions. We all must remember that they bought control so that they could grow the ENTIRE company, not just RMHB China.
They realize the huge value that exists in the developed and developing parts of the Western hemisphere as well, primarily right here in the US where ongoing efforts are about to pay off hugely.
They intend to market these brands GLOBALLY. This is how you build a billion plus dollar company.
