I've been saying all along, even though I have major frustration about the situation, that at least they're communicating. At least they give a response on SM if a SH asks if they've still got our backs, with a yes, but always give a little more. The last direct message I had with them on SM, they even acknowledged that it sucked and their own key players were sitting on zeros like us. They've always been resolute and remained steadfast in stating they'd be back. Most people are frustrated by the lack of liquidity, but it's not just us, it's their shares too that cannot grow for them.

A lot of guys are also frustrated with the time thing. PACER says 2018 for pre trial conference and we know how much longer that could take after that. That's a long time to be locked up without any true knowledge of intentions besides their word.

Personally I wish I knew a little more and could reasonably expect them coming back sometime within the next year, but we just don't know so I go on faith in their word as I truly still believe Shawn and Matt have some serious payback to lay on a few particular folks.
