That is what I gathered from talking to the company. Good thing about being dark is the company can be a little more direct with shareholders since there is no way to trade on "inside information." Full disclosure becomes somewhat of a moot point as long as anything disclosed /discussed is made public before company resumes trading. If not - it is encumbemt upon the person with potential information to react accordingly. That being said - I would urge any SHs with questions to contact mgmt and discuss accordingly. I have found them to be open and passionate about the brand
