If a landlord, make the application process complicated within the law. If the government is going to micromanage my investment.
Let me just say also. As a disabled Vet on a fixed income. Why should a person on welfare be placed before I am. I was laughed at in Grand Rapids even though I qualify for low income, disabled and senior citizen housing because the government agency I went through thought I made to much compaired to others.
Apparently the lower the income the better qualified... Is that discrimination?
