IMO, I realize the 8K filing is of great concern to all shareholders. Unfortunately as outsiders we are trying to read into this and we don't have all the facts.
If the company wanted to increase the common shares over 1 billion they simply would have done it, they certainly didn't need to fool with Series Preferred A to accomplish that task.
Common sense prevails.
