Short term means nothing . I think they have to disclose ahead of time if they are going to convert the series A to common shares . But like Roger said , this could be used as a vehicle for further acquisitions and mergers ,which is a good thing. Guess we're all in the same boat , waiting for clarification ! If she converts these series A to the commons thats bad . Dilution IMO ! But I'm am far from being expert
